bother! i couldnt help myself especially when someone display ownership on things they dont really own… Alright, i’m just going to get through this, now!
a certain post fuelled my thoughts, well an acc or user claims that he or she owns a certain gif. In this gif was a scene in a famous movie, and so another blog posted the same gif and so the other user started to give him public msgs that he or she stole the gif.
No one owns the movie but its producers or in simple form, the people who made it. For all those who viewed the movie, certainly do not own the movie, they are just viewers even if they had paid for the movie online or in the store. It rights still belongs to the company who made it possible to produce it.
so as to creating gif from a movie scene, one just process it, not own it. Gosh this really made my blood boil. Xo
